Recent DNA discoveries make painfully clear something Colorado criminal defense lawyers have known forever--that innocent persons can be convicted of criminal charges for crimes they did not commit. Upon my discharge from military service, where I served a tour of duty in Viet Nam, I enrolled in college and graduated from the University of Colorado. Thereafter, from the University of Colorado School of Law. I am a member of the National College of Criminal Defense Lawyers and have served as chairman of the Colorado Chapter of the National Layer's Guild.
